The Central KY Chapter of Medical Assistants meets on the Spencerian College, Lexington campus in the auditorium the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
The Lexington Chapter AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) meets the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm at the St Joseph Hospital Auditorium. Students are invited to attend up to 3 meetings at no charge. After attending 3 meetings, the student can either join the local chapter and pay an annual membership fee of $25.00 or they can just pay a $5.00 meeting expense fee per meeting and not officially join the local chapter.
Attending local chapter meetings is an excellent opportunity for students to network with local coding professionals and learn more about their profession.

October: Ophthalmologic Procedures
